Everyone has something they are trying to escape. Sometimes we cannot handle the thoughts in our own minds. To cope we use #substances, social media, other people, drugs, alcohol, weed, and many other forms of distraction . From The Inside Out depicts a women who cannot stop smoking no matter how bad her lungs are getting and bleeding from the inside out. It is an addiction that is far more than just a physical issue. Her mental is somewhere else, and her cigarettes are her tool to escape.

Till My Fingers Fall Off

Based on my passion for music, and love for playing guitar, this surrealistic take is about the pain and practice of playing guitar overtime. Pushing your fingertips into the strings properly can cause calluses, and sometimes if played for a certain amount of time can also cause bleeding. The guitarist knows the pain of practice, and also the joy that comes when the song is finished.

Summer 2021. This time in my life seems so far away now, but yet still close. Somethings in life come full circle, and in my case it was heartbreak. From 2018-2020 I was in a relationship, but by the end of 2020 it was over and in 2021 I was falling for someone else. He was someone who I thought I would be with forever, everyone thought we could be great together. Unfortunately, that was not the case and in the end we both hurt each other. In all scenarios I was left on my own and suffered the repercussions. This series represents the experience of that summer.
